I have been living at the Rio for most of the WSOP, having come home twice for a grand total of 96 hours. I won my seat into the $10,000 main event this past Thursday and registered to start day 1d, which means I play Monday. Originally, I was just going to hang out at the Rio and relax and just do nothing before I started play. Instead, I decided to make the 5 hour drive home to Phoenix and be with my girlfriend, and my dog. There aren\’t many things more depressing to me than being alone in a hotel for days…and there isn\’t anything better to me than being with the people who love me and those whom I love. Sleeping in my own bed isn\’t bad either.
